Sleep & Waking

اَلْحَمْدُ لِلّٰهِ الَّذِيْ عَافَانِيْ فِيْ جَسَدِيْ ، وَرَدَّ عَليَّ رُوْحِيْ ، وَأَذِنَ لِييْ بِذِكْرِهِ.

All praise is for Allah Who granted me well-being in my body, and returned my soul to me and allowed me to remember Him.

اَلْحَمْدُ لِلّٰهِ الَّذِيْ أَحْيَانَا بَعْدَ مَا أَمَاتَنَا وَإِلَيْهِ النُّشُوْرُ

All praise is for Allah who gave us life after having taken it from us, and unto Him is the resurrection.

اَللّٰهُمَّ إِنِّيْ أَعُوْذُ بِوَجْهِكَ الْكَرِيْمِ ، وَكَلِمَاتِكَ التَّامَّةِ مِنْ شَرِّ مَا أَنْتَ آخِذٌ بِنَاصِيَتِه

O Allah, I seek protection by Your Noble Countenance and by Your perfect words from the evil of all that You hold by the forehead. O Allah, it is You

بِاسْمِكَ رَبِّي وَضَعْتُ جَنْبِي وَبِكَ أَرْفَعُهُ فَإِنْ أَمْسَكْتَ نَفْسِي فَارْحَمْهَا وَإِنْ أَرْسَلْتَهَا فَاحْفَظ

In Your name my Lord, I lie down and in Your name I rise, so if You should take my soul then have mercy upon it, and if You should return my soul then

اللَّهُمَّ خَلَقْتَ نَفْسِي وَأَنْتَ تَوَفَّاهَا لَكَ مَمَاتُهَا وَمَحْيَاهَا إِنْ أَحْيَيْتَهَا فَاحْفَظْهَا وَإِنْ أَم

O Allah, verily You have created my soul and You shall take its life, to You belongs its life and death. If You should keep my soul alive then protect

بِاسْـمِكَ اللَّهُمَّ أَمُوتُ وَأَحْيَا

In Your name O Allah, I live and die.

اَللّٰهُمَّ أَسْلَمْتُ نَفْسِيْ إِلَيْكَ ، وَفَوَّضْتُ أَمْرِيْ إِلَيْكَ ، وَوَجَّهْتُ وَجْهِيْ إِلَيْكَ ، وَأَلْجَاْتُ

O Allah, I submit my soul unto You, and I entrust my affair unto You, and I turn my face towards You, and I totally rely on You, in hope and fear of Y

ٱللَّهُ لَآ إِلَٰهَ إِلَّا هُوَ ٱلۡحَيُّ ٱلۡقَيُّومُۚ لَا تَأۡخُذُهُۥ سِنَةٞ وَلَا نَوۡمٞۚ لَّهُۥ مَا فِي ٱلسَّمَٰوَٰتِ

“Allah – there is no deity except Him, the Ever-Living, the Sustainer of [all] existence. Neither drowsiness overtakes Him nor sleep. To Him belongs w

اللَّهُ لَا إِلَهَ

Allah! There is no God but He, the Ever Living, the One Who sustains and protects all that exists. Neither slumber nor sleep overtakes Him. To Him bel

(1)سُبْحَانَ اللَّهِ(2)والْحَمْدُ للَّهِ(3)وَاللَّهُ أَكْبَرُ

Glory is to Allah. (Thirty-three times)(1)praise is to Allah. (Thirty-three times)(2)Allah is the Most Great. (Thirty-four times)(3)

اللَّهُمَّ رَبَّ السَّمَاوَاتِ السَّبْعِ وَرَبَّ الْعَرْشِ الْعَظِيمِ، رَبَّنَا وَرَبَّ كُلِّ شَيْءٍ، فَالِقَ الْحَبِّ و

O Allah! Lord of the Seven heavens and Lord of the Magnificent Throne. Our Lord and the Lord of everything. Splitter of the grain and the date-stone,

اللَّهُمَّ عَالِمَ الْغَيْبِ وَالشَّهَادَةِ فَاطِرَ السَّمَاواتِ والْأَرْضَ، رَبَّ كُلِّ شَيْءٍ وَمَلِيكَهُ، أَشْهَدُ أَ

O Allah, Knower of the unseen and the evident, Maker of the heavens and the earth, Lord of everything and its Master, I bear witness that there is non

لَا إِلَهَ إِلَّا اللَّهُ الْوَاحِدُ الْقَهَّارُ، رَبُّ السَّمَاوَاتِ وَالْأَرْضِ وَمَا بَيْنَهُمَا الْعَزِيزُ الْغَفَّا

There is none worthy of worship but Allah, the One, the Victorious, Lord of the heavens and the earth and all that is between them, the All-Mighty, th

۞ لٓا إِلٰهَ إِلَّا اللّٰهُ الْوَاحِدُ الْقَهَّارُ رَبُّ السَّمَوَاتِ وَالأَرْضِ وَمَا بَيْنَهُمَا الْعَزِيْزُ الْغَفَّا

আল্লাহ ব্যতীত কোন সত্য উপাস্য নেই। যিনি একক, প্রবল প্রতাপান্বিত। আকাশমন্ডলী, পৃথিবী এবং উভয়ের মধ্যবর্তী সকল বস্তুর প্রতিপালক। যিনি পরাক্রমশলী, ক্ষমাশ
